What Awaits You Inside Your v9delivery Account

Once you log in to your v9delivery account, your dashboard displays everything you need on one clean, easy-to-navigate screen. Account balance, active promotions, game recommendations based on your play history, and the latest notifications — all available instantly.

One thing Malaysian players love about v9delivery is how effortlessly you can move between sections of the platform. Want to play Slots first, then check live Sports scores, then head to a Live Casino table? You can do it all without logging in again or opening a new tab. One account, one login, full access.

From your account dashboard you can also manage all financial matters — making deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go, DuitNow or Boost, requesting withdrawal of wins, reviewing transaction history, and updating your banking information. All financial processes are protected by additional security layers to ensure only you can access and modify that information.

V9delivery's promotional programme is also managed entirely through your account. Bonuses you are eligible to claim, weekly cashback, weekend reload promotions, and exclusive offers for VIP members — all can be viewed and activated from within the dashboard. No need to hunt for promo codes elsewhere or contact support for every offer.

Login Security

How v9delivery Protects Your Login Session

Account security is an absolute priority at v9delivery. Here are the protection measures active every time you log in:

1
256-bit SSL Encryption

All data transmitted during the login process — including your password and session information — is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. This data cannot be read by any third party, even if they are on the same network as you.

2
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

With 2FA enabled, every login attempt requires a one-time OTP code sent to your phone number. Even if someone knows your password, they cannot get in without your device.

3
Unusual Login Detection

The v9delivery system monitors the location and device of every login attempt. If we detect unusual activity — such as a login from a new location — you will receive an immediate alert and additional verification steps will be required.

4
Auto Session Timeout

Inactive login sessions will be automatically terminated after a set period. This protects your account if you forget to log out from a shared or public device.

FAQ

FAQ — v9delivery Account Login

Login issues? Questions about account security? Find the answers here.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter the phone number or email registered to your account. You will receive an OTP code to verify your identity, after which you can set a new password. If you are still having trouble, contact v9delivery customer support via live chat and our agents will assist you promptly.

As a security measure, v9delivery temporarily locks an account after several consecutive failed login attempts. This prevents unauthorized access to your account. Wait 15–30 minutes before trying again, or contact our support team via live chat to unlock your account immediately after identity verification.

You can log in from multiple devices, but simultaneous active sessions are limited for security purposes. If you log in on a second device, the session on the first device may be automatically terminated. This is a protection feature that ensures your account cannot be used by unauthorised parties.

After logging in, go to "Account Settings" and find the "Security" section. Select "Enable 2FA" and follow the instructions to link your phone number. Once activated, every login will require an additional OTP code sent to your phone. We strongly recommend all players enable 2FA for stronger account protection.

Contact the v9delivery support team via live chat immediately. Our agents will freeze your account to stop any unauthorised activity, verify your identity, and help you regain full control. Change your password immediately and enable 2FA once your account is recovered. Never share your password or OTP code with anyone — including anyone claiming to be v9delivery staff.

While v9delivery's 256-bit SSL encryption protects your data in transit, we recommend exercising caution when using unfamiliar public Wi-Fi networks. It is best to use your own mobile data connection or a trusted VPN when logging in to your v9delivery account away from home. Enabling 2FA as an additional security layer provides stronger protection under any network conditions.
